- "It's not you, it's me." I just want to start out by saying I'm sorry for being so quiet lately. I've had a lot going on in my personal life (Yup I do in fact do more than run!) and I've been severly lacking with the bloggy love aka comments, shout-outs to all my new readers (HI!!! Thank you for reading!), and just social interaction in general. Thanks for not dropping me like a bad habit and I promise that once the dust settles it will be business as usual. I know I probably didn't even need to say any of that but I just have bloggers guilt; I don't want ya'll to think I've forgotten you!!!
- Moving on... It's April! Time for a fresh start with Spring!!! Furthermore only 18 more days til the Boston Marathon!!! I know a ton of you out there have probably been counting down the months, weeks, days, hour, minutes and seconds until GO time but being a spectator (Run Fast My Luv!!!) I am exempt from obsessing over it to that extent. :) BUT I will be there and I want to meet you! If you are Boston bound and we have not spoken please email me (redheadrunning (@) gmail) so I can get you in on the group email I'm putting together for a blogger meet up on Sunday April 19th after the B.A.A. 5k! For those of you that I have spoke with, expect an email tomorrow. I can't wait to meet everyone!!!
- Saturday I have 10 M on deck, my first double digit long run since Gasparilla, and afterwards my beloved Boo, B.o.B, is treking over to O-town to come visit me!!! So stoked about both and can't wait!!!
What do ya'll have planned for Easter???
Are you Boston bound?!?! Let me know!
Have a wonderful Easter Holiday! Rock those races and long runs!! Catch ya'll on the flipside!!!

So jealous you are going to watch Boston! The more I read about it, I really wish I had planned a trip up (I am about 6 hours...I know you can't visualize lil NJ) but I do plan to be there next year!!!
Easter is "meh" around here...dinner and that is about it. But I do get 10 days off!!!!!
Oh, and about blogging...no guilt dude...take care of YOU. The blog and the readers will be here.
I second Onelittletrigirl - take care of You first, we'll be around when your life is back to the Norm ;)
Are you feeling speedy and ready for the 5K yet?? Those things definitely hurt, but it's a good burn...wish I could join you for the blogger meet up AND marathon-spectating! have you made your signs and/or obnoxious noise-inducing objects yet?? heh...
3-day weekend over here for Easter; I have tmrw off so the bf took it too, we just plan to enjoy the summer temps we're getting and check out the Cherry Blossoms downtown. :)
Have a great Easter!
Enjoy your 10 miler. I think next week I will be hitting that threshold....woohoo. For now, I'm just focusing on running fast in Saturday's race :)
Oh, I would love to go to Boston during the race just to see and be near all the excitement! Have fun and be sure to do a full play-by-play!
Have fun with your 10 miles, that is my favorite training distance: long enough to make you feel accomplished, short enough to not wipe you out.
I'll see you there! ;)
You are going to have SO MUCH FUN in Boston. Hope you get to meet all kinds of bloggers.
Have a great Easter weekend!!
I know of Marcia, Emily and Jen going to Boston... I am HOPING and RUNNING for 2011 Boston.... but maybe we will meet before then?? Who knows..
I ALWAYS have bloggy guilt.. Hugs!
Boston, Boston, Boston!! Can't wait!!! So excited to meet you and have a fabulous time in a fabulous city--even if I'm not running. Ha!
Oh man Boston is getting so close!!! You're going to rock that race!! :)
No worries about a little break from uber active in the blog world. Hopefully things will calm down soon!
Aw, shucks...glad you peeped you're little head out to say hey! I'm crazy busy with personal stuff too, and wonder sometimes, how much is too much? Needless to say, I didn't publish a post that I wrote for this morning for fear of that - hmmm...I wonder really though, how much is too much?
And another funny thing, I was SERIOUSLY thinking last night, after my workout, that it will be nice after the 5K in Beantown to go back to our hotel room and sleep! Hahaha! That is what you think about when you are running on lack of sleep! Hahahaha! But, no fear, I will be there to nosh on some bagels with ya - wouldn't miss is for the world :) Happy Thursday, hope your day goes well!
I wish I could go to Boston, hopefully next year, you will have such a blast!
Good luck on the 10M this weekend, you will rock it!
Happy Easter!!!
i'm with you right now...blogging is almost a chore for me because i have so much going on. i feel so guilty not keeping up, though...
I just e-mailed you about Boston! Can't wait!
Sunday is Easter brunch with Family. Should be fun and Ill eat a ton!
Hope you have a good weekend and enjoy your runs and time with B.o.B.
Going to Boston will be so much fun! Its about six hours from me but I dont think i can go.
Hey! Thanks for checking out my blog! I don't have a particular marathon I'm aiming for yet! I'm running 2 Halfs (Halves?) in May & June. and want to get another one in July sometime and based on how I'm doing I'll pick a Marathon to run!
Thanks for the comment about your friends map! Any idea where she got the frame from? That would be a huge help!
Good luck with your 10 miler. Boston sounds like it will be a really fun time!
There are never enough hours in the day! I am so far behind and I don't think I will ever catch up!
18 days! The time flies! I bet you are sooo excited!
Enjoy your 10 miler!
Happy Easter!
THIS is my year to become Boston Qualified. So I will not be there this year, but plan on it next year.
Wait, it's not you, it's me? I showered and everything! :)
Take care of you. Your crazy blog stalkers will be here when you get back. Have a great 10 miler and an awesome weekend!
OMG! I totally feel you on comment one. I've been a total blog slacker myself. Got to be better at putting my entire life on hold to communicate with my readers =P
I am not doing boston, as my legs can't even spell the word boston yet, but good luck from me to all that are, including your beloved Spike.
Good luck on your 10 miler.

Easter? Gonna go out to my sister's and chase chickens... because, ya know, that's quite the work out. It might even be better than hills. Have you ever seriously tried to chase a chicken? I might even drink some wine (because now I have it in my head that that is what Jesus would want because he made wine from water and all) and then chase some chickens! Hahaha.... just kidding. Hope you have a great 10 miler and Happy Easter!
How fun to get to spectate Boston! I am excited for your recap.
Have a great 10 miles. And I hope everything is OK in your personal life. You've got me a little nervous over here.
How lucky are you to get to watch Boston...so fun!
It's hard to comment on blogs...time consuming. You have a life outside of running....WHAT!
Have a great time at Boston...wait that's still a few weeks away. I have a friend who is running it. Fun knowing Boston Marathon runners.
ummmmmm i didn't get this boston email. but i guess today is "tomorrow" and it's only 8:53am so nevermind. i almost was going to take offense but i will hold it for now.
#1 - i am in the same boat. or a similar one anyway. you probably have more of a life than me. i just feel like i am forever "all over the place" / not blogging/commenting like i would like. sigh. oh well.
for easter i am spending 12 hours in the car and 1.5 days back home in SC. i am so sick of this weekend traveling and one (full) day of being at home. :( but i should quit whining about it 'cause it's not thaaaaaaaaat bad.
La la la la! ME and YOU! YES!!!!
SO SO SO excited for our run next weekend!!! :) :) :)
Hope the 10 mile run was good. Happy Easter weekend!!
